Our Purpose

The Westover Marriage Ministry seeks to actively foster a nurturing community which encourages the development and renewal of Christ-centered marriages.

God’s Plan

God designed marriage, and He intended it to be a permanent, intimate, and loving relationship between a man and a woman.

Marriage Ministry teams provide:

• Couple to couple mentoring
• Special enrichment events
• Marriage resources for classes and small groups

Westover Church nurtures marriages by:

• Openly sharing joys and trials
• Reaching out to and encouraging one another
• Providing accountability
• Being grace-filled
• Modeling healthy, Christ centered marriages
• Helping youth and singles develop God-honoring relationships

Early Marriage Life Community – Growing Together

For couples in their 20's–early 40's early in their marriage. This group meets on Sundays at 9am in E204.

This is a community that provides couples with:

• tools to build a solid foundation for marriage & lives aimed towards God
• opportunities to build community with other young couples
• challenges to grow closer to each other while developing a maturing, godly marriage
• periodic offsite socials & gatherings

Marriage Mentoring

Westover is committed to cultivating healthy marriages and healthy families. Marriage mentoring is a ministry to couples in every stage of marriage. From engaged couples to those who have been married for years, marriage mentoring meets couples where they are and helps them grow in their relationships with one another and with the Lord. 

Marriage can be beneficial both to couples who just need a bit of help and and advice as well as for couples facing more serious struggles. 

Our marriage mentors are trained to identify key areas of growth using an online diagnostic survey. They will help you navigate your relationship in a way that is loving and respectful. Weekly sessions will last up to 10 weeks, and each session is approximately 1.5 hours in the home of our marriage mentors. 

Wanting to sign up for Marriage Mentoring?

1) Please click HERE to fill our the Marriage Mentoring Request Form. Both partners will need to fill out an application, and our marriage mentoring team will be in touch with you soon. 

2) A one-time $50 mentoring fee is required before the submission of the questionnaire. Your payment will cover the cost of the materials for the mentoring process.
