The Smart Step Family is an 8-week course based on a video series by Ron Deal. We address challenges specific to a step couple and children they bring into the new relationship. The goal of this course is to educate parents about the realities of step family life including the speed at which the family will likely connect, how to recognize and avoid unrealistic expectations, parenting step children, managing conflict and growing a new, strong family based on biblical principals.
