Spencer Tilley Elder
Spencer has been at Westover for 38 years and has previously served as both an elder and a deacon. He has been involved in multiple ministries, including leadership in several life communities, premarital and marriage m ministry, men’s ministry, and the lead pastor search team. He and his wife, Gracia have been married for 37 years and have two adult children who are married.
