Oscar Barbosa Deacon
Oscar has been at Westover since 2015, and has served in several LifeCommunities, VBS, Welcoming Ministries, and with Global Ministries through 4 short-term trips, the Short-Term Leadership Team, and the Global Council. He and his wife, Arlene, have been married for 21 years and have three children.
