Our Vision

Our purpose at Westover is to develop mature followers of Jesus Christ…through growing in the Gospel, connecting in community, and serving on mission, at home or abroad.

We believe that connecting in community and serving on mission are not separate from growing in the gospel, but integral to it. The Gospel drives us to community and mission.

Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ. Colossians 1:28 ESV

Our Mission at Westover is to joyfully join in God’s plan to reconcile the world to Himself by actively demonstrating and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all areas of life, locally and internationally. To spread the “good news” to the nations, we support over 100 missionary families who go where we cannot. In Greensboro, we support organizations and people in need.
