Sunday, November 2 | 9a-12:30p | International Market
Join us in the gym and theater on Sunday, November 2 from 9a-12:30p. It’s a hands-on experience for YOU to explore the various ministries and the work that our global partners are doing around the globe. It’s an opportunity, along with your entire family, to help minister to the lost around the world by supporting projects and purchasing items for use on the field.
Sunday, November 2 | 9a-12:30p | International Market Scavenger Hunt
During our International Market on Sunday, November 2, we’ll have a scavenger hunt for the kids. Hunt through the booths for the items, get checked off, and turn in your sheet for a prize! This will help kids to engage with the market and shop for the projects they’d like to support.
Saturday, November 8 | 4:30pm | Charcuterie & a Chat with Tom
Our guest speaker, Tom Lin, will be chatting with our young adults over some charcuterie. Join us in the Westover Cafe at 4:30p on Saturday, November 8.
Saturday, November 8 | Underground Church | 4:00-7:30pm
This one is for our Impact and Fuse students: Underground Church! On Saturday, November 8 beginning at 4p, students will be starting in the gym and running throughout the church, learning about the persecuted church throughout the world. Tom Lin will also be speaking to our students at the end of the evening.
Sunday, November 9 | 9 & 10:30am | Guest Speaker – Tom Lin- President of InterVarsity
Join us Sunday morning as we hear from Tom Lin, who is passionate about bringing the Gospel to the ends of the earth. As a former missionary, he has many insights into missions, and we’re excited to hear a message about God’s heart for the nations

We are prayerfully planning Global Short Term Trips for 2026. Details about 2026 trips coming on November 16!
Faith Promise
Faith-promise, simply defined, is a commitment that I make to the Lord (that’s the “promise” part) to give to the Lord something that I’ve yet to see Him provide (that’s the “faith” part).
To explain further: the principle of faith-promise giving is outlined in God’s Word where we read the example of the Macedonian churches that gave “as much as they were able and even beyond their ability” (2 Corinthians 8:1-9). Applying that principle to my giving, I would give as much as I am able to Westover Church and God’s work around the world.
But, applying that verse further, I should also look to God in faith trusting He will provide unexpectedly “beyond my ability” to know in advance. The “faith promise” that I make then, says that, when He does provide, I will take that as His blessing and look to give back to Him in whole or part of what He has given.
Faith Promise cards will be collected on November 9, but you can mail your card: Westover Church, Attn: Lori Lewey, 505 Muirs Chapel Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410 through November 30. You can also fill out an online Faith Promise Card below through November 30.
