Across a history of nearly 75-years, Westover Church has been blessed by the Lord with faithful men of God who have served and led the body through the position of Lead Pastor. Seeking wisdom from God's Word and following the Holy Spirit's lead, these men have helped Westover navigate seasons of both celebration and challenge.

In every season, the Lord continues to demonstrate HIS faithfulness.

Over the past year, Westover has prayerfully walked through the process of searching for our next Lead Pastor. After diligently seeking the Lord's guidance, direction, and discernment, it is with great excitement that we update you on our Lead Pastor Search. Together, we celebrate the Lord's faithfulness in bringing us to the point of Dr. Kevin Wilson accepting the invitation to come preach at Westover on Sunday, July 31st as the candidate for the Lead Pastor position. This invitation follows two unanimous decisions from both the Lead Pastor Search Team and Westover's Session Elders.

As we, the Westover family, get to know Kevin and his family, we want to provide you with an opportunity to ask questions. In addition to Kevin preaching at Westover and the resources provided below, Westover will be holding a Live Q & A Event with Kevin Wilson in the Worship Center on Sunday, July 31st from 6 - 7pm. To submit a question for the Live Q&A, click here. All questions should be submitted by 4pm on July 29.

On Sunday, August 7 we will be holding a congregational meeting in both the 9am and 10:30am services at which all members who are present may vote on calling Kevin as our next Lead Pastor. Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, members who are at increased risk of serious illness will be considered present and may cast their vote outside the building at an elder-supervised drive-up voting tent from 9:00–11:30am.
