Delilah Flores Human Resources Director
Delilah has worked as a recruiter and an HR Generalist, focusing strongly on building safe team cultures. She also focuses on building strong working relationships and improving employee engagement to decrease turnover and improve retention.
She is the proud wife of a service member of the U.S. Air Force and is the mother of 4 beautiful children, with whom she loves to spend quality time. In her free time she enjoys sewing, crocheting, and knitting. Delilah's desire and prayer for several years has been to utilize her skills and experience in a transferrable way in ministry work. Being a part of Westover Church staff is that opportunity she prayed for and trusted God to provide in his perfect timing.
