Richard Westover Deacon
Richard has been a believer for over 30 years. He and his wife Rachel have attended Westover for 17 years and have two children, Ashlynn, and Brody. Richard has led efforts at Westover with multiple life communities, Financial Peace University and the Father/Daughter Dance.
