Local Ministry needs your help!Home 2 Home is a local, non-profit organization, supported by Westover, and we have just celebrated our first year anniversary! Praise the Lord; our ministry has exploded as we serve as a collection and distribution center for donated household items for the needy. Anita Williams, director of this wonderful ministry in Greensboro, has a message for everyone with a heart for the poor and under-served in our community. Please help us care for the less fortunate by getting the word out about Home 2 Home.
Volunteering Positions available at HOME 2 HOME Our core schedule is the 2nd Saturday 9:00-1:00, but we need volunteers at other times as well. Serving is fun and easy for anyone’s schedule, you can serve once a week, once a quarter or anytime in between. Just call Anita at 336-380-0445 or awilliams@westoverchurch.com with anytime you have available to help others and serve the Lord. How to Donate to Home 2 Home Donating is easy! Just drop off your gently used items the 2nd Saturday of the month between 9am – 1pm. If this time doesn’t work with your schedule, or you have larger items you are unable to deliver, just call Anita to make other arrangements. Tax deductible receipts are available for donated items.
