Westover Leadership

At Westover Church, leadership is shared between the elders, the deacons and our staff members. From this page, you can learn more about each group and find contact information.

Elders

An Elder is the highest level of local church leadership and authority, and carries a tremendous amount of responsibilitiy. The Elders at Westover Church have two major roles: governance and teaching. They are the spiritual leaders and are responsible for the direction of Westover's teaching and ensuring God's word is always taught correctly.

Deacons

The Deacons at Westover Church provide ministry to those in the church who are in need. They are responsibile for the care and maintenance of the church, provided oversight for the caretakers and administrative staff and oversee the general operating fund of Westover.

Staff

Although a lot of the work at Westover is done by volunteers, we could not minister as effectively without dedicated full and part-time staff members. These people truly have servants' hearts and are dedicated to the ministry of the church and to the people of our community.
